There is a trait in entrepreneurs which stops them being as successful as they can be.
They find themselves only earning 5,10,15k a month – when they could be making $50-100k+.
Want to have a guess what that trait is…?
It’s …*drum roll*…
… not asking for help.
Feeling like “I can do it all by myself.”
When you want to build something, you can go solo but it’s really tough. It’s nearly impossible, because there is no way to build something massive by yourself. You can’t be good at everything.
You can do it, but it will take you like 3x the amount of time as opposed to getting help from experts/hiring right people for the job. It’s better to build relationships, partner with people, to help you get where you are going.
It’s better to have a small piece of big, massive pie than entire pie but very small. 1% of $10M is more than 100% of $10k. So put your ego aside, partner with people, find out what their strengths and weaknesses are.
Everyone is lacking in something- even the most successful people. Marketing, talking, accounting, analytics, relationship building – everyone has their own set of skills that they bring to the table. So partner with people that have business strengths that you need.
I spoke today with my client, talented and very successful photographer from New Zeland- James Hirata.
James came to Richard Fletcher for business advice and thanks to a simple change on his sales page increased his prices from $1.5k to $15k per day. Then he came to me as all his clients were finding him through Google search and he was averaging 600 page views per month. That allowed him to book 10 wedding photoshoots per month.
But he didn’t want to stop there. He signed up for my course to grow his traffic from 600 to 10 000 because they must know you, so they can trust you and buy from you.
James has a huge portfolio and shoot over 150 weddings, so Pinterest is a great place to promote his content as it’s not only rank you well on Pinterest, it also helps you rank in Google search.
And even though he is very busy with work and hasn’t implemented everything yet he is already seeing great results!
Smart people figure things out on their own. Smarter people buy time and results. They invest in experts so they can be more productive. Handling 100 things at the same time and learning everything is not efficient in the long run. It’s best to assess your strengths and weaknesses.

Hi, my name is Joanna, I started all the stuff I care about.com blog in Jan 2017. I created posts about beauty, fashion, travel, rabbits, money blogging ect. Simply put: all the stuff I care about. After 10 months I realized my blog is not getting enough traffic so I dived into research. Till Oct 2017 I only had around 700 visitors on my blog per month. Then I implemented my Pinterest strategy and automated my pinning with my own build tool – PinMeApp. In Nov 2017 I got 3300 page views and then in Dec 2017 8500. That is how my app was born: PinMeApp. I wanted to help others grow traffic to their sites as well. Today I offer subscription for my app, but I also teach people my Pinterest strategy, step by step what I did to grow the traffic so fast, so that my blog is now getting around 20k page views each month. I also offer Pinterest Management and implement my strategy for brands who want to reach their audience on Pinterest as well. My Pinterest account reaches over 5m people monthly. If you want such results feel free to contact me. Cheers, Joanna
